Kaonty MG is a sole proprietorship: it has no legal personality separate from that of the person responsible for it, who therefore undertakes in their own name.

Intellectual property

The code, the “Kaonty” trade mark, the logo, the texts and the presentation of the site belong to Kaonty MG. Reproducing them, even in part, without written permission, is prohibited.

Your data is not covered by this. What you enter into Kaonty — clients, products, invoices, documents — belongs to you and remains yours. We claim no right over it, and you may request a complete copy at any time.

Liability

Kaonty is an invoicing and stock management tool. It calculates what you ask it to calculate and lays out what you enter. It replaces neither an accountant nor a tax adviser: the compliance of your invoices, your tax returns and your accounting obligations remains your responsibility.

We do everything we can to keep the service running without interruption, without being able to guarantee it: hosting, a network or a power failure are not within our control.

Deed of sale generator

The deed of sale between private individuals is provided free of charge, as a template. It is suitable neither for land, nor for a house, nor for a vehicle — those sales go through a notary or through the vehicle registration service. We verify neither the identity of the parties nor the truth of what is declared, and we are not a party to the contract you sign.

Governing law

This notice, the terms of use and the privacy policy are governed by Malagasy law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Antananarivo have sole jurisdiction.
